MasterMedia Library card FAQ (One Year / Lifetime Membership)

What is included with the MasterMedia Library membership?
Access to all downloadable audio products within the Mastermedia library. Your membership purchase automatically provides you with the information to download each of the products as often as you want for the term of your membership.

How do I access the audio downloads that are available with my membership?
Login and then select "My Account". On the Account screen your previous orders will be listed on the top of the page. Find the order in which you purchased your MasterMedia Library membership and you can select the "View" button to view the details of the order and download any of the audio products in the library. Any downloadable audio that is on the MasterMedia site is available to you at no additional charge while you are a member.

What format are the files that are downloadable?
All downloadable audio is packaged in MP3 format. To allow for efficient downloading we have compressed the files into a ZIP format so that you can download one package for each available product. You can use the standard uncompress software with your operating system or use software such as WINZIP to uncompress the albums and tracks.
